How soon can a project deliver?


It depends on the amount of work our client sends, but we can do one-day turnarounds if necessary.


How is quality assured?

  • Transcription is done at 2 different control levels.

  • We have a quality assurance program that will guarantee 98% accuracy, whenever possible.

  • The first level, veteran Transcriptionist (minimum of 4 years experience) types, edit and proofreads the dictation. Quality of report is at 98% based on AAMT standards.

  • The second level, a quality assurance team reviews the transcriptions to ensure there are no errors and does a final check of patient demographics, spelling, grammar, and formatting. Quality is monitored regularly. We implement error rating system based on AAMT guidelines.

  • Feedbacks and corrections along with comments and suggestions are given back regularly to transcriptionists to assure improvement.
